Yes! Every product is handcrafted in small batches with care using high-quality, skin-loving ingredients. No mass production here—just artisanal craftsmanship.

We use natural, skin-safe ingredients whenever possible, including plant-based oils, butters, essential oils, and botanicals. Our products are free from harsh detergents, parabens, and phthalates.

We use gentle, nourishing ingredients, and many products are free of synthetic fragrances or allergens. If you have specific concerns, check the ingredients or contact us directly.

Many of our items are vegan, and all are cruelty-free. We never test on animals and source from suppliers with the same values. (Note: goat milk, tallow, or beeswax-based products will be clearly labeled if used.)

Most products last 6–12 months. To keep them fresh, store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.

We use natural soy wax (or specify: coconut, beeswax blend, etc.), which burns cleaner and longer than paraffin. It’s biodegradable and eco-friendly.

Processing usually takes 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 days after they’re shipped.
